Launching Silvino's Scholars powered by JDM Rice Choice

Education changes lives. Sometimes, all a student needs is a little financial support to keep going.

Silvino’s Scholar was created to provide cash allowance assistance to qualified students who are committed to their faith, their studies, and their future. This initiative is made possible through JDM Rice Choice in collaboration with MaxaM Foundation, with the shared mission of uplifting young people from our local communities.

We are now accepting applications from students who meet the following qualifications:

• With service commitment to God (recommendation letter from resident pastor) • Resident of Arnap, Salcedo, Ilocos Sur and or Gulpeng, Pinili, Ilocos Norte • Academic standing of at least 85% • With Certificate of Indigency (parents or guardian) • With declared educational field of study • Completed personal data sheet
