Silvino’s Scholar is a cash assistance program designed to help deserving students pursue their education with dignity and hope. This initiative is made possible through JDM Rice Choice in collaboration with MaxaM Foundation, with the shared goal of investing in the future of young people from our local communities.
 

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Demonstrated service commitment to faith and community, supported by a recommendation letter from the resident pastor.

2. Resident of Arnap, Salcedo, Ilocos Sur, and or Gulpeng, Pinili, Ilocos Norte.

3. Academic standing with a general average of at least 85 percent.

4. Indigent status, supported by a Certificate of Indigency of parents or guardians.

5. Currently enrolled in an educational program with a declared field of study.

6. Completed Personal Data Sheet.
